Til Sunrise Barbados, Where Wellbeing is Effortless.
MUSIC
Music runs through everything in Barbados.
It's not something you go out to find, it's already there. From early mornings by the sea to evenings that take on a life of their own, music is always there.
You'll experience both sides of it, the music that belongs to the island, and the moments created just for you.
Til Sunrise Sessions. The moments you never forget.
As the sun sets and the evening unfolds, music fills the air in a setting that feels close, raw and completely unfiltered. Til Sunrise Sessions are curated with Marley Kirtan, bringing you closer to the music and the feeling of the island itself.
The week closes with something truly special. A sunset sound journey with Marisa Daniels of Sound Bath Barbados, followed by a closing jam session by the bonfire, created in collaboration with The Space Barbados. The music, the people and the magic of the week, all coming together one last time on Monday night.

Movement
Movement in Barbados feels effortless
From the early hours, the island is already in motion. Each morning starts with a guided session by the sea. Tiffany leads yoga on Thursday and Saturday, while Shaquille brings mobility, stretch and flow on Friday and Monday.
There's also time to surf, swim, and explore the wild east coast through a guided hike with Ocean Hikes. Movement that feels natural and entirely your own.
culture
Immerse yourself in the culture of Barbados
In Barbados, culture isn’t something you visit, it’s something you naturally become part of. It lives in the everyday, in conversations, shared moments at sunset, and the way people move through life, a simple good morning and a warmth you feel straight away.
Across the week, this comes to life through the moments we share, eating together in local spots, discovering places you might never find, and being part of real cultural moments, some curated, others truly Bajan.
Life is lived outdoors, around food, music and sunsets, with a natural rhythm that feels unforced and easy.
An immersive connection to the culture, the people and the rhythm of the island.

island life
Island life in Barbados has its own pace
Days move easily between the sea, the shoreline and places to gather, from time in the water to beach bars and local spots to eat, settling into a rhythm that quickly begins to feel familiar.
Some of the best moments aren’t planned. Slow afternoons, impromptu swims and long dinners that stretch into the evening, where drinks are shared, plates are passed and conversation flows easily. Before long, you stop clock watching, the noise of work fades, and your mind starts to quiet. The sounds, smells and colours of the island bring you back to what’s right in front of you, and life begins to feel peaceful, full and effortless.
An effortless rhythm you’ll want to take home with you
